Who we are
VisaMatch provides New Zealand immigration information and consultation enquiries. You can contact us about privacy at jig@visamatch.co.nz.
Information we collect
When you use our forms, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, location, intended immigration pathway, timeframe, and the information you choose to include about your circumstances. If you request the residency guide, we collect your email address and your marketing consent.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry information to assess and respond to your request for a consultation. We use guide-request information to send the requested resource and, where you opt in, occasional VisaMatch immigration updates. Providing this information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond to your enquiry or send the guide if required details are not provided.
Who can access it
VisaMatch personnel who need the information to respond to you can access it. We use service providers to operate this website and email communications, including Cloudflare and Brevo. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required or permitted by law, or where you authorise us to do so.
Storage, security, and cookies
We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, or disclosure. Information may be processed by our service providers outside New Zealand. This website uses essential browser storage to remember when the residency-guide popup was dismissed. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve a concern. You can unsubscribe from marketing updates at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us.
Your rights
